HOW TO RE-SYNC YOUR BLACKBERRY:
1. Make sure you have four bars of signal
2. Wipe your device: Select Options [Wrench icon] -> Security Options -> General Settings -> Scroll to bottom -> Press track ball ->Select Wipe Handheld -> Follow prompt to wipe device . Let the phone wipe and then it will re-boot.
3. Select Options [Wrench icon] -> Advanced Options -> Enterprise Activate
4. Enter the password we give you, your email address, and nothing else
5. Press track ball
6. Select Activate
7. Put the device in a place with a strong signal
8. The amount of time to sync will depend of the amount of data in your account
